I’ve been using a lot of real-time editors like codepen.io and jsfiddle.net, however they are online, I researched some programs offline and most of them are paid or do not do the same service, you know some free and offline alternative for these editors?

as @Noobsaibot commented, use a free editor like Notepad++ or Sublimetext for example and open in the browser, simple, practical and free
