I wanted that when entering the program window using Tkinter, it would be possible to use a Scrollbar to search for more items in the window so that it does not get its limited height, being able to drag the scrollbar down (Vertical Only), to find more items in the window

I’ve created Scrollbar but I don’t know who to assign it to

In Tkinter, frames cannot be rolled. The solution is to create a Canvas and put another frame inside it.

That class JanelaRolavel is a Frame containing a Canvas with another Frame inside. Just place your objects in this "subframe" (which is in the attribute .conteudo) and they’ll be rollable:
