How to resolve adb.exe start-server' failed -- run Manually if necessary

I’m having the mistake:

Unable to run 'adb': null 16:08 'C: Desktop Users PI SDK Platform-tools adb.exe start-server' failed -- run Manually if necessary

By pressing the run button Android Studio shows no device, nor the Avds I have.

He gets like this:

I Googled and several times found that have to close the process adb.exe, I go there and I close and it doesn’t solve.

I also saw that open the cmd in the Platform-tools folder and close the server but when I do that cmd breaks the line and the cursor just keeps blinking and does nothing.

  • Aq in mine I just closed the adb.exe and clicked on debug after pressing a few times in Restart it worked

I fixed the mistake. There was a certain service (traccar) that was running on my PC. All I had to do was restart it and close the lawsuits adb.exe, and Android Studio returned to work normally. Other days, the same would happen, I just have to restart the service and close the processes adb.exe.
