I would like to know how to export data from sublime 3, the packages I use and settings. Unfortunately it has no automated and agile way to do this.

The best way is to sync the user folder, there are several ways to do this - Dropbox, git and manual.
The installed packages are registered in Package Control.sublime-Settings, which is located in the user folder, do not need to synchronize anything else. A good guide to synchronization can be found here.
You can also take a look in that package.
