The Meta Description is the text generally used by Google to display the text results of the second and third lines of the search results, just below the Title. The content of meta Description does not influence the placement of a page in Google. Therefore, it is not necessary to repeat keywords in this tag. Although it does not interfere with positioning, a well written and attractive description contributes to a higher click-through rate (CTR - clickThrough Rate), and this is believed to be one of the factors used by Google to increase the positioning of a result. In addition, some terms of the description are emphasized in bold when they are part of the research performed, helping the user to quickly find what they are looking for more easily.
