Error while trying to create a Rubyonrails controller in Windows environment using Gemfile Gem tiny_tds

I have set up in Windows OS a Rubyonrails environment and need access to a bank MSSQL with a base already created and populated, I just wanted to query the database and return data through the Query. I saw that there is a Gem called tiny_tds, I set it right in the Gemfile file, but when I try to create a controller or run the server returns an error. I describe below:

Does anyone have any idea what it is? I’ve set up the same project on Linux environment and worked perfectly.
