I was with windows crashing all that is kind of program, so I got one Memory RAM of 2GB and my installation is also 2GB.
So one day I went to the Control Panel and I noticed the following thing:
Saying there was 4GB of RAM installed but only 2GB was usable. What I do to fix this?
If I were to install Windows 7 64-bit how could I know if the processor supports it or not?

Nathan, you should check the processor’s technical requirements before proceeding with the upgrade. Search the processor’s website for possible use.

The 32-bit system limit is 4GB. In fact, it is the maximum amount of memory the system can address (2 32 addresses == 4GB).

I’ll add Beet’s comment to the answer. However, the Operating System does not use the full 4 GB, because it saves part of that amount for a "reserve", preventing the system to stop working for excessive use.
