Web Service NFE São Paulo City Hall Error 1402

good afternoon. I am creating a code for access to the NFE Web Service of the Municipality of São Paulo, calling the NF-e Issued Query Request method. I created all the integration code, including generating the XML signed by the digital certificate and apparently everything is correct with the code, but when making use I receive a return XML with the error 1402 O CPF/CNPJ da assinatura da mensagem XML não tem acesso ao Tomador de Serviços informado.. Does anyone know the cause of this mistake?

Post a little more of the code that makes the query. Which Webservice are you downloading from? Good if it is the Sefaz server in the case you will most likely be making a recipient manifestation and then a Distribution

Good If that is the concept and:

You will put the recipient’s CNPJ that in most cases and yourself. Using your digital certificate (From the recipient who in the case and yourself) will do the process cited above. Manifestation and Distribution.

Why and need demonstration and distribution?

manifestation: you confirm that the Nfe was actually issued to you. In other words you say to the Workshop: Sefaz this NF-e was actually issued to min, ok? (Manifestation of confirming "Science of Operation")

Distribution: makes a distribution by nf-e key or nsu depending on the case.

Note: The city of São Paulo offers a custom download of NF-e? Or and server of Sefaz de São Paulo?
