I am making an app in which I need to check if the person has credit on the mobile. I was wondering how can I do it. Mt thank you

Friend... as far as I understand, what you want to know is not easy.

First: each operator has a different method of knowing the balance. TIM and Claro are by USSD (when you dial a number starting with * and ending with # and receive a message or a menu). Vivo and TIM have SMS. And Oi is only by voice message (as you will "hear" a voice message?)

Detail: operators can change the message format, include promotional balance information, or even advertisements for other services.

The problem is that in my app I check if the user’s phone is connected on wifi, but there is no internet msm (like if the internet crashed). I saw some ideas of trying to access a page and Dae make sure that have msm internet, but I found mt hand, and other, when wifi is turned off, if the data so connected, in case use the internet by credit, he understands that has internet, msm without credit, so my question.
