I uploaded a new wordpress site, changed the urls in the database and changed the settings of db in wp-config.
All right when I try to access using the url: http://hmaquecedores.com.br/wp-admin it redirects me to following url
I log in normally, I’m sure of the data, but the login does not complete and I am not redirected to Dashboard.
How to proceed?

The redirect is correct, you can try to reset the password by clicking reset password, then it will ask the email you used to do the installation of Wordpress.
If you do not know also which email registered, the ideal would be reinstallation.
But if you for some reason do not want to lose data from the site, you may try following below procedure:

remembering that you need to have access to the Database, where WP was installed.
