I was wondering if you have any way to simulate safari in windows, because in some situations the layout that is applied in Chrome does not work right in safari. With this I wanted to know if it has how to use safari without necessarily using a MAC. The purpose is to inspect the element and solve problems in CSS.

Man, a lot of people use the https://www.browserstack.com/mobile-browser-emulator
I believe it is the fastest solution, there are yes some tools to emulate safari if you give a google, or you can even go for a more laborious solution that would be a hackintosh.
But because your problem is just css, give a googlada by safari web Developer or browser Mulator and you can solve.

You can download the version 5 of Safari for Windows at this link. Apparently this will be the latest version with support for Windows.
Isn’t this version a little old? My fear is that it doesn’t support newer CSS properties.
