Generation of . IPA without a certificate?

Good morning, I would like to know if there is a possibility of generating . IPA Ios without the need for certificate or something of the kind for testing in development, so do not need to assign the device, there is this possibility?

For testing of development (not Adhoc):

• Compile the project (+ B);
• In the left bar of the Xcode look for the .app (briefcase Product);
• Right click and select Show in Finder;
• Create a folder called Payload and copy your .app for her;
• Right-click the folder and select Comprimir;
• Rename and change the extension of .zip for .ipa;
