When dragging a Maven project to the Tomcat server the following message appears
"Publishing to Tomcat V9.0 server at localhost has encountered a problem"

After a lot of searching on the internet, I discovered that the Maven files were corrupted, I closed the eclipse and deleted the folder . m2 that usually stays in "C: Users user", then I restarted the eclipse and I was able to publish the project on Tomcat.
