For static URL I use this site: https://uptimerobot.com/
You can configure several intervals of 5 minutes or more, up to 50 Urls. Less than 5 minutes only paying. Now if you need to pass dynamic parameters to URL you will have to search for some API or use some cronjob.

Haha, I tried to do Cronjob, but the place I stayed didn’t support me, unfortunately I had to use this "provisionally permanent alternative".
