Activating virtualenv in Makefile

How do I activate virtualenv in Makefile?

I tried to

venv:
    @virtualenv venv

active:
    @source venv/bin/activate

I tried too

active:
    @. venv/bin/activate

And nothing.

Activate bash by creating an alias on .bashrc.
