Page in wordpress is being redirected to the site "official wordpress"

Question

I performed the backup of a wordpress site to run locally and perform some tests, but every time I click on visitar o site in the top menu I am redirected to the official website (live).

I already did the column update option_value on the table wp_options, and even defined the constants in wp-config.

And I’m still being redirected to the site in production.

In the Wordpress panel go to the Settings -> General tab and enter the correct link
