I’m making my first app and when I was uploading to Google Play Developer Console I was in doubt in which area I upload because it appears 3 options: Alpha Test, Beta Test and Production.

There is not much difference between alpha and beta testing except for the fact that you start with a small group for alpha testing and move on to a larger group for beta testing.
Production is the term you use when your app is available to your end users, the ones you’ve manufactured the app for (i.e., when it’s available to anyone to download or buy from the Play Store).
To do the alpha and beta tests you need to send invitations to those interested in your Google+ accounts so that they can access your app and download it. Invitations often take the form of a link directing them to your app in the Play Store, which is only visible to them when they have accepted the invitation.
How do I start?
We recommend starting with a small group of Alpha testers and then expand their test to a group of beta test major.
Should I use open or closed beta testing?
Beta closed: use this option if you want to perform a test with a smaller group (as in your company or team) or when you know exactly with which users want to test your app. If you test an already published app, only the users in your test group will receive a version update Alfa/Beta.
Open beta: use this option if you want to test with a group large and display the beta version of your app in the Play Store. If you conduct an open beta test, anyone can participate in the your beta program and send private reviews to you. Check if the app is ready to be visible in the Play Store before choose this option.
Open and closed beta versions of your app will not get reviews public.
