Recovering Deleted Project in Staged E-git

Good evening guys! Today I tried to use the E-git plugin for a project made in the eclipse, following an internet tutorial. I’ve never had contact with the plugin before. And due to this unprepared I removed all the files from 'Unstaged Changed' thinking that I would just remove them from the final commit, or something like that. After that my entire project was deleted. There is no way to recover?

Git will not help you this time: what is not "committed" at least once cannot be recovered. However, Eclipse can save you: utilizes "local history" to recover removed files:

I have recovered deleted files this way with the local history of the Intellij idea. It saved me an entire day’s work.
