Learning a little bit about SEO, I realized that there are numerous metatags and many ways to show Google the title of a site, the description and everything. But with this research a doubt was generated.
What is the best way to build Meta for SEO?
Is there one that Google reads more?
There are some that Google reads with less priority?
Or better to use meta content and make sure with the simple ?

In reality you only need 2 tags for Google to understand your content. A description which will contain a description of the content of the page and the tag title which will contain the main title of the page.
With these two tags Googlebot will be able to understand and rank your site, obviously there are other tags that will help you in SEO, but for those who are starting the important is to focus on the beans with rice and avoid over-Optimization
