I can’t tell you for sure, but I saw that you have Skype open. When I used WAMP, I had a port conflict problem with Skype, but I don’t know if there is one yet. This conflict prevented Apache from starting. Just in case, the suggestion:
In Skype:
- Menu Tools
- Options...
- Advanced
- Connection
- Clear the box "Use ports 80 and 443 as additional input connections"
- Save
- Restart Skype
- Restart the WAMP
Downvoter, what’s wrong with the answer?

I don’t understand why you downvoted the answer. I myself have been through this situation of door conflicts with wamp and it was precisely Skype that caused all this problem. I don’t know why Sopt users don’t like to make use of common sense...

i do not know the reason for downvote, one thing already exists an "answer" like this in another question, when the question seems that there is already an answer somewhere you should vote to duplicate and not answer, see http://answall.com/a/81560/3635. Understand as a constructive criticism.

I did not see that there was already a question with same scope in Sopt. My fault.
