How to open a. fdb file?

I need to open a database file (.fdb), but I don’t know how. What should I do to open this file?

In it there is a list I want to pass to Excel.

You can use any language that has Firebird support, or you can use a manager for it, such as Flame Robin, Interbase Query, Fbexport, Fenixsql, Marathon, Ibexpert (as comment below), among others, option not missing.
