It had an express version of visual studio 2015. I uninstalled and installed the visual studio professional 2013. When creating an Asp.net/web Forms application, my Toolbox items are disabled. I have tried:
- give a reset Toolbox
- Relate the item
- restart the VS
- go to the directory: C: Users Leonardo Appdata Local Microsoft Visualstudio 12.0 and delete all files with extension TDB.
and nothing solved the problem.
Detail: Previously, in windows form applications, everything worked normal. When trying to create an Asp.net/web Forms application, the error occurred, and after that, not even the windows form application is enabled components.
Detail 2: In windows Forms applications, right click on the Toolbar option and uncheck the option show all items are enabled again. Already in an Asp.net Forms web project, when unchecking the option show all this message is only displayed:
I’ll have to ask. Have you tried restarting? The computer? VS? Is there an application running? Are you using any graphics library?

I have tried to restart both the computer and the VS, I have no application running and I am not using any graphical library. It would be advisable to uninstall all the visual studio, do a complete cleaning of all versions of windows logs and install again?

Calm down, young man! Let’s find a solution. My VS is updating, so it will take a while, but do not touch any record, please.
