How to make Bootstrap work on IE7

there is some way to make the Bootstrap compatible with IE,
in the documentation talks about the Respond.js but it didn’t work,
follow example link

Support Bootstrap for Internet explorer 8 +

Internet Explorer 8 and 9 are also supported, However, Please be Aware that some CSS3 properties and HTML5 Elements are not Fully supported by These browsers. In addition, Internet Explorer 8 requires the use of Respond.js to enable media query support.

Some Features are not supported, such as "border-Radius"...etc (If you have questions about what you can and cannot use .. and where: http://caniuse.com/)

I had a problem a while ago with Bootstrap and IE. Which was solved as follows:

By putting this into solved my problem. It ended up losing columns and some settings like HTML5 tags.
