What is "project-management"

Project management is the area of applied administration of knowledge, skills and techniques in the elaboration of related activities to achieve a set of predefined objectives, at a certain time, with a certain cost and quality, through the mobilization of technical and human resources.

Area of Knowledge:

Knowledge areas in project management suggest project management processes and define the inputs, tools and techniques, as well as the outputs of each area.
