What is "machine-learning"

Linked to several other fields of Artificial Intelligence such as neural networks, clustering, bioinformatics, data mining, pattern recognition, machine algorithms are programmed to learn within a given situation. So any algorithm that, for example, is made to learn to recognize geometric patterns like circles, cannot, without some adaptation, recognize squares, or other forms. An area on the rise in computing, as it allows you to optimize many devices in many different ways. Implementations can be done in basically any programming language, limited only to portability.
