The app Apache Jmeter ™ is open source software, a 100% pure Java application, designed to load test performance and measure performance. It was originally designed to test web applications, but has since been expanded to other test functions.

The Apache Jmeter can be used to test performance on static and dynamic features, dynamic web applications. It can be used to simulate a heavy load on a server, server group, network or object to test its strength or to analyze overall performance under different types of load.
