What is "google-plus"

Google Plus is a social network and identity service maintained by Google Inc.. The service was launched on June 28, 2011, in an invitation testing phase. The next day, existing users were allowed to invite friends, who are over 18 years old, to the service to create their own accounts. Built to aggregate Google services such as Google Accounts, Photos, Playstore, Youtube and Gmail, it also introduces many new features including Circles (groups of friends), Sparks (content suggestions), Hangouts (individual or group chat by text or video) and Hangouts On Air (live broadcasts via Youtube).
