What is "google-drive-api"

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service, presented by Google on April 24, 2012.

Google Drive now houses Google Docs, a range of productivity applications, which offers document editing, spreadsheets, presentations, and more. Google Drive is considered a "natural evolution" of Google Docs (once activated replaces the URL docs.google.com for drive.google.com).

Google Drive gives the user 15 GB of free storage at the beginning. A user gets extra space, which is shared between Picasa and Google Drive.
