What is "frames"

Frame (in Portuguese: quadro ou moldura) is each of the frames or still images of an audiovisual product.

In English, the term "film frame" or "video frame" is used, depending on whether the product in question was made in film (cinematographic technology) or video (electronic technology, whether analogue or digital).

In Portuguese, the term frame is generally used for the individual images of a film, reserving the word frame only for video images, and using frame or image for generic audiovisual products, produced in any technology.
