What is "flutter"

Flutter is an SDK for mobile application development, also widely referenced as a UI Toolkit, or set of tools for building cross-platform interfaces.

It is used for application development in Android, iOS and is also the main method of creating applications for Google Fuchsia. In addition to having ongoing projects with significant advances from Flutter to web (Hummingbird) and desktop (Windows, Mac and Linux).

Uses as a programming language Dart, considered a multifunctional language, since it allows native development for mobile platforms, application creation server-side and for the Web (generating Javascript code).
