What is "e-commerce"
e-commerce is a type of commercial transaction (for profit or not) made especially through an electronic device, such as computers, tablets and smartphones. The increasing computerization of the most diverse activities transforms information technology (IT) into an increasingly economically relevant area. E-commerce comprises any type of business/business transaction involving the transfer of information over the Internet. There are different types of business that settle down by e-commerce, B2B (Business to Business) or B2C (Business to Consumer) which is addressed directly to the consumer, the latter is growing rapidly in the various business areas goods and services, with the proliferation also of the offer of creating online stores. The creation of an online store is being seen by companies not only as an update, monitoring of new trends, but also as an alternative business area exploiting its advantages over traditional methods.
