What is "dwoo"

Dwoo is a PHP5 template engine that is (almost) fully compatible with Smarty templates and plugins, but is written from scratch for PHP5 , and adds many features.

With a template system, the content will be sent to the template that is exactly the same, if the template designer wants to completely redesign the templates, no change in application logic is required.
