What is "ddos"

It is denial of service attack (also known as Dos Attack, an English acronym for Denial of Service), is an attempt to make the resources of a system unavailable to its users.

Typical targets are servers , and the attack attempts to make the hosted pages unavailable. It is not a system hack, but its override.


Denial of service attacks are usually made in two ways:

  1. Force the victim system to reboot or consume all resources (such as memory or processing) so that he can no longer provide his service.
  2. Obstruct communication media between users and the system victims so as not to communicate adequately.
