What is "caelum-stella"

Stella is a project maintained by Caelum which aims to meet the needs of the Java programmer in their day-to-day needs of working with the Brazilian domain. Stella has validators for CEP, CPF, CNPJ, state registration, billet generator and the integration of these with other Apis and frameworks as jpa, jsf, Bean validation and others.
