What is "adobe-flex"

Flash is a multimedia platform for developing applications that contain animations, audio and video, widely used in the construction of advertising ads and interactive web pages. Flash is capable of manipulating vectors and graphics to create animated texts, cartoons, images and even streaming audio and video over the internet. From version 5 the use of Flash beyond simple animations, but also for a complete application development tool. This is thanks to advances in the Actionscript language, which is the programming language used in flash file applications (.swf).
