What is "abntex2"

abnTeX2, evolution of abntex (Absurd Norms for Tex*), is a suite for Latex that meets the requirements of the ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) standards for the elaboration of Brazilian technical and scientific documents, such as scientific articles, technical reports, academic papers such as theses, dissertations, research projects and other documents of this kind.

The abnTeX2 suite consists of a class, citation and bibliographic style formatting packages, examples, document templates and extensive documentation.
