Is there any way to publish specific files through Visual Studio 2013?
In the publications I performed, Visual Studio deleted all the files in the destination and imported the new ones.
Note: I use the publication method "File System".

Go to the properties of your project (right mouse button > properties || ALT + Enter on top of the project), in the tab Publish. There you find the button Application Files and select the ones you want to publish.
This page from Microsoft better explains the uses and how their definitions.
Strange, in this path that you gave me as described on the Microsoft site, there is the button "Application Files", and tab "Publish", in the version of my Visual Studio, is called "Package/Publish Web".
@Pedrofilipe What are you developing in? Asp.NET MVC, Winforms, etc?

If you want to publish a specific file you can use the shortcut Alt +ç , Alt+P. .

@Jhonathan. 1. I did not check "delete all existing files prior to Publish" and even then visual studio deleted all the files. 2. I could not use the shortcut keys to perform the post.
