I need to create an extension for an application from a friend that runs on a Node.js server (if I’m not mistaken, or I don’t know much about it either), I want to know if there is a way to define the mouse position with Javascript or at least "trick the application" to get a false position, it is possible to do this with Javascript?

No, cannot set mouse position with Javascript.

And I would like to complement with a translated excerpt from an answer I found in the OS in English:

Think of the possible implications this could have if you could ;)

  1. User thinks, "Hey, I’d like to click on this link"
  2. Javascript moves the cursor to another link
  3. User clicks on wrong link and inadvertently downloads a malware that formats your local C disk and eats all your candy
