In Ubuntu we can enable the horizontal scroll in dconf Editor.
When using it, in Netbeans and some other programs, such as Astah, the horizontal scroll does not work, and is interpreted as a right-click.
How to make horizontal scroll work in these programs?

An alternative I found was to create a script to enable/disable horizontal scroll, but what interests me even though I still don’t know is how to make it work.
